It's kind of hard to define, but maybe this will help.  YP stands for "Young Parents", married with kids who still live at home and are not yet old enough to file their own tax return.  o is mostly just to pronounce the acronym, but it could stand for "other"!  D is for "Doubles" which means a young married couple without kids.  The S is for Singles, meaning older than a high-schooler, younger than a grandparent, not married.  Mostly, we are a group ranging from the 20s through the 40s, if that helps!

We are a group who likes to hang out together, who want to learn more about what it means to be connected to God and to each other.  That is why our Wednesday night get-together is called "connections", it is our main event each work for that to happen.  We sing together a bit, we study God's word, we share our lives with each other and we pray for each other.  We offer child care for that evening and provide a snack for those that don't have time for supper before we start.  We have it at 6:30 so that those with kids can get them home at a reasonable time.  We are usually done by 8 pm.  We also get together just for fun (bowling, BBQ, whatever) and are looking forward to going on some retreats together.  Come check it out!
